Our technical gear is designed for a performance fit. We recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide, which includes measurements for chest, waist, and sleeve length to ensure optimal mobility on the water.
What is your return policy for performance equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made sails and personalized team gear are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping for offshore gear?
Yes, North Sails ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by region and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How should I care for my GORE-TEX® sailing jacket?
To maintain waterproof integrity, machine wash on a warm permanent press cycle with a small amount of liquid detergent. Rinse twice and tumble dry on warm to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All North Sails products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
